Project Manager

The Project Coordinator is responsible for expediting tasks after the planning phase of a project is complete. The coordinator’s role is to manage activities, resources, and information to bring to the attention of the project manager and any coordination issues which they cannot resolve. The coordinator seeks guidance from the project manager throughout the entire project.

Essential functions:

• Plan and execute specific day-to-day tasks over multiple Work streams within a project or program
• Analyze and document program risks, issues and, decisions required
• Identify risks and provide proactive mitigation to program management
• Document program progress
• Coordinate scope between Work streams
• Deliver Weekly Status Report to core team
• Create and manage success tools for the track program status (Project Plan, Action, Issue Log, Risk Register, etc.)
• Support and develop bi-weekly Status Report to Executive Steering Committee
• Manage vendor and client relationships
• Provide weekly status reports to program management
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Experience:

• Experience in developing budgets and tracking budget expenses
• Skills in coordination, risk evaluation and overall project management
• Excellent planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• French speaking required.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field is preferred

Electrical/Mechanical Engineer

Job description

We are currently seeking an Electromechanical Integrator Consultant to provide expertise to new and existing clients.  The successful candidate will research, plan, design, and develop tests on electronic cables, harnesses and mechanical assemblies. Other responsibilities include the design of test control apparatus and equipment, evaluation of operational systems and recommendation of design modifications to eliminate causes of malfunctions or changes in system requirements.

Essential functions:

Mechanical

• May perform the physical installation of the following: Inspection stations, ejection stations, cabinets, remote screens and, coders
• Installation of the LM/MAS tables

Electrical

• Must be able to wire the following: Inspection stations to the Pharmaproofs, sensors towards the Pharmaproofs and PLCs
• Must be able to wire the following to the Pharmaproof/ Linemaster: Printers/coders, scanners, power cables, client network, cable termination (RJ45, Ferrules, Ground, etc.)

Startup/Configure

• Software recipe and layout configuration
• I/O tests
• Alarm tests
• System initial configuration test (checklist)
• Camera start-up and tuning of vision system
• Equipotential bonding test
• Circuit short test

Experience:

• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
• Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, and strong conflict resolution skills

Education:
