Project Manager

Locations: Brussels, Germany, Paris

The Project Coordinator is responsible for expediting tasks after the planning phase of a project is complete. The coordinator’s role is to manage activities, resources, and information to bring to the attention of the project manager and any coordination issues which they cannot resolve. The coordinator seeks guidance from the project manager throughout the entire project.

Essential functions:

• Plan and execute specific day-to-day tasks over multiple Work streams within a project or program
• Analyze and document program risks, issues and, decisions required
• Identify risks and provide proactive mitigation to program management
• Document program progress
• Coordinate scope between Work streams
• Deliver Weekly Status Report to core team
• Create and manage success tools for the track program status (Project Plan, Action, Issue Log, Risk Register, etc.)
• Support and develop bi-weekly Status Report to Executive Steering Committee
• Manage vendor and client relationships
• Provide weekly status reports to program management
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Experience:

• Experience in developing budgets and tracking budget expenses
• Skills in coordination, risk evaluation and overall project management
• Excellent planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• English speaking required. French and/or German speaking required.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field is preferred.
• PMP/Prince2 certification preferred

Validation Consultant

Location: Brussels, Paris

We are currently seeking a validation consultant to provide validation expertise to new and existing clients. The successful candidate will conduct, provide oversight and support packaging validations and validation/verification of equipment and computer systems.

Essential functions:

• Demonstrate solid understanding of the EU and FDA validation guidelines and industry best practices.
• Implement policies and procedures to validate / qualify equipment, computer systems, and processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate, direct and lead validation efforts, including equipment, process, and computer system validation.
• Design, develop and execute test scripts from software requirements for computer system validation.
• Generate, execute, review and complete validation documentation required, such as Traceability Matrix, URS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and summary reports.
• Compile and analyze validation data and maintain validation documentation.
• Facilitate and/or support validation training, change control, periodic review of validated systems, equipment and processes.
• Interface with management personnel to represent QA/Validation in project teams, with the objective to assure that project quality objectives are met.
• Provide technical decision making regarding cGMP compliance, regulatory issues, validation strategy and quality systems and/or strategic activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis, prepare technical investigative reports and formulate recommendations for disposition and actions related to product nonconformance.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in highly regulated environment (Medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.) is required.
• Strong validation skills with demonstrated knowledge within the areas of equipment / process /computer system validations and quality assurance.
• In-depth understanding of cGMPs, ISO 13485, GAMP, EU Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11 and current industry / EU / FDA compliance.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), teamwork and organizational skills.
• Fluency in German language is preferred.
• Ability to develop and meet project schedules, along with contingency plans.

Education:

• BS degree is required. Degree in a technical discipline is preferred. English speaking is required. Frencn and/or German speaking required.

Sales Representative

Location: Europe with travel required

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving market share and qualifying leads that builds the pipeline for the sales organization.  The Sales Representative will also be responsible for running global campaigns focused primarily on cold calling, developing and qualifying leads to the point of handoff to the sales force.  A key requirement is to conduct business dealings with prospects/customers in a way that creates a superior prospect/customer experience that will set the stage for future product sales.

Essential functions:

• Proactive communication with prospects and clients via telephone and email
• Strive to convert all qualified prospects, meeting needs analysis criteria, into booked appointments for senior sales
• Research, identify, and prospect for new clients
• Nurture longer term qualified prospects through regular follow up and contact
• Promote the Company’s reliability, service programs, advantages of products, and new product promotions to effectively meet and exceed customer expectations
• Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline
• Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
• Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call
• Develop superior customer service relationship with prospects
• Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the Company technology – and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers
• Update lead rank/stage and prospect interaction in SFDC throughout

Experience:

• Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing a plus
• Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
• Success in establishing relationships over the phone
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry or contacts are an advantage.
